Highest Paying Jobs in Russia

Why did I write this? I specifically wrote this because for the last two to three years, I have been talking to people like this, and I know very well how people in India are suffering from increasing unemployment. I can understand this very well. But if we talk about nowadays, this issue is increasing even more. People are working. People are doing jobs everywhere, but the situation is only this: somehow, somewhere, some miracle should happen. Some job should come where we can secure our family and ourselves properly. Proper security should be ensured. If tomorrow we get sick, if tomorrow we cannot work, then our family should be able to live at least some days with the savings we earned from a good job.

But the biggest problem is that the place and the work we are doing in India, if you see it, there are no savings. If we take 10–15 days or a month off, the situation becomes something like you can understand. That’s how it becomes. So this mindset remains with us. Whether we are somewhere else, abroad, in India, anywhere, we want a job with good salary where we can say to ourselves that now everything is fine. We will stay for three to four years, earn good money, pay off loans, EMI, and so on. But in today’s times, whether educated or uneducated, working in any sector or wanting to work in any sector, everyone’s situation is the same, and everyone wants a good salary, a good job where they can go and work properly.

Let’s get to the point. You can better understand the current situation in India. But what about the work we are doing in Russia now? Am I able to secure my family here? Am I able to save here? I will try to explain this to you in detail. Look, first of all, tell me honestly, since when have you been waiting for a good salary, a good opportunity? Since when have you been waiting for a miracle, that something happens? How many years have we wasted in this cycle, waiting for something good? Something suitable for me. Suitable for my school. I am educated. I am an engineer. I am a lot of things. So how can I do this work? How can I start? I want better than this. I deserve better than this. You know this. You understand this. I don’t understand. The one giving you the work doesn’t understand. Today, both educated and uneducated are measured on the same scale. The one who works harder goes up, and those who work less or think, “No, I am so educated. I studied so many years, so I will not do this work at all,” they wait for something better. In this waiting, unknowingly, we have seen better and better opportunities pass before our eyes, but we didn’t understand. We stayed with ourselves, thinking a lot about ourselves: “I have studied a lot. I speak English well. I have a degree. I have IT sector knowledge. I am a software engineer.” Many thoughts run in our minds. And maybe because of this, we don’t get all these things in one place. Then we reject it, and even if by chance we get something suitable, somewhere, something makes us feel: “This is not for me. I cannot afford it, or I am not capable of doing this work there. What if I get stuck there?” Thinking about these internal matters, we are not able to move anywhere. We are revolving in the same maze.

I am not saying that you should go to any place to work anywhere. Do not just work on your skill. No, what I mean is very simple: if you want to go somewhere, do something, want a new field, whatever you learned in your studies, whatever experience you have, use it there. If you want to come here, when I came, I came to a place with only 32 thousand salary. I started working there, and while working, I worked on myself, worked hard. The things inside you, you can prove there. Nobody will give you ready-made things. The company owner, the one hiring employees, will not serve ready-made things to you. Never. You will come, work here. Based on your experience, your skills, within 1–1.5 years, you will settle. If you think that we will go abroad for this work and maybe get stuck, no, absolutely not. You can quit if you want. You can come back after a year or a year and a half, go again, and do very well. If you are stopping somewhere thinking like this, then I am advising you. And for our workers who do general help, do labor work, a better opportunity never comes by just saying “I am better.” I know many people who didn’t even expect it but are earning very well here. And I know many people who expected to earn a lot but didn’t. It depends on luck and hard work. You come here, how well you can do, how better you can do, that decides your value.

Overall, the point is how much you can earn in Russia, what kind of security can be there, what kind of savings can happen. I know many people working here, saving very well, sending their home, returning, celebrating holidays, doing everything. But the difference is, if you are a software engineer, developer, until you get the right opportunity, you won’t come to Russia. If you are an electrician, until you get a good electrician company, you won’t come. Don’t think like this. Whatever opportunity you get related to your skill and field, examine it properly, see a good agent or good people, and apply. Here, after coming, you will show your skill, show your work, show how much you have inside. Slowly, things get better. You all know that the world is such that no one wants to give. Everyone wants to take. So you have to earn from your hard work, your work, and make it better. Don’t lose in search of better; make yourself better. Everything will become better along with you. So don’t lose in search of better, first make yourself better. Everything else will improve with you.
